All fees include VAT unless detailed otherwise.

Tenant Fees

Referencing fee per applicant – £65

Referencing fee per guarantor – £65

Tenancy fee – £190

Tenancy renewal fee – £60

Late payment fee – £12

Checkout information form fee (charged when the form is not returned) – £25

Inventory fee (charged when items are not in rooms as per inventory at commencement ) – £25

Washing machine fee (charged if not capped off correctly) – £25

Routine Visit fee (charged if cancelled more than twice by the tenant) – £25

Pet charge (charged where 1 or more un-authorised pets are found at property) – £40

Landlord Fees – Managed Service

Landlord Fee – typically 10% – 15% plus VAT

Tenant find fee – typically £300

  • Based on a sliding scale dependent upon size and content of property and requirements of the landlord – will be quoted at time of property take on.

Charges in addition to the managed service fees above:

Deposit registration fee – £40

Copy Statements – £42

Tenancy Renewal (renewal of an existing tenant) – £60

Landlord Fees – Let Only Service

Landlord Fee – Two thirds of one months’ rent plus VAT

  • Based on a sliding scale dependent upon size and content of property this will be quoted at time of property take on.

Charges in addition to the landlord fee above:

Deposit registration fee – £40

Inventory / Schedule of condition  – typically

  • Furnished – £420
  • Unfurnished – £300

Statements – copies – £42

Tenancy Renewal Fee (renewal of an existing tenant) – £60

EPC Fee starting from (for one bed property, on a sliding scale thereafter) – from £96

Vacant Property Management

£25 per visit required.
